Volunteer Solutions
Volunteer Solutions is an on-line matching application that helps connect individuals to volunteer opportunities in their community. Volunteer Solutions helps volunteers, nonprofit agencies, corporations, even organizers, and voluteer centers get connected.
An individual who is interested in volunteering in the community can search for opportunities based on their interests, skills, and geographic location or simply by entering a key word. They may also register on the Volunteer Solutions website to receive automatic e-mails listing volunteer opportunities that match their interests.
A corporation that would like to promote the importance of getting involved in the community can link our Volunteer Solutions page to their corporate intranet. They will get the benefit of promoting quality volunteer opportunities without all of the work of trying to keep up with an ever-changing database. These opportunites are not limited to United Way member agencies. Any nonprofit organization can sign up and list their volunteer opportunities. This makes Volunteer Solutions a great way to coordinate all available opportunities in the community.
