NEW Application Process for 2012
All applications will be submitted on-line. Training on how to apply on-line will be held March 14th from 12:00-1:00 P.M at Le Mars Ice Cream Parlor, 2nd floor meeting room, downtown LeMars. All attending are encouraged to bring lap tops.
