United Way of Siouxland honored top business supporters at their annual Leadership Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the Marriott South Sioux City Riverfront in South Sioux City, Neb.
Five businesses received awards as the Small, Medium, Large, and Major Sized Businesses of the Year, along with Most Improved Campaign of the Year. Small Business has under 20 employees, Medium between 20-49, Large between 50-249, and Major 250 and over. Awards were based on several factors, including an increase in overall giving to the annual campaign year over year and employee participation. Special events held by businesses during their fundraising drive also contributed to their success.
Award winners included:

- Medium Sized Business of the Year: Custom Woodworks
- Large Sized Business of the Year: Kling Companies, LLC
- Major Sized Business of the Year: Seaboard Triumph Foods
- Most Improved Campaign of the Year: Tyson Foods
