Le Mars Grant Process

The Le Mars United Way is dedicated to creating positive change in the community by helping children grow into successful adults and making sure that safety net services are available to meet basic human needs for people in crisis.

All Le Mars and Plymouth County organizations interested in receiving funding are invited to attend the required training for the online process.

Training will take place March 4, 2020 at the Wells Visitor Center & Ice Cream Parlor starting at noonNew this year: agencies wishing to apply for funding should bring their tax Employer Identification Number (EIN) to the training. In addition to training for the online application, the one hour session will include information about the grant process, details of the partner agency agreement and a sample presentation. The application deadline is early April. Late applications, regardless of reason, cannot be considered. Review of the applications and funding decision will be done in May, with all applying agencies notified in June.
